Fantastic experience with Exotic Cars Garage based in Musaffah Abu Dhabi. The garage is very professional, checked the car throughout. They paid great attention to fix the issue : wheels balance and suspension issues. I loved how the garage was well- presented and the staff was knowledgeable and professiona, especially Ahmed Mohammed. I definitely will come back for more service.

COMPLETE FRAUD & WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I sent my Mercedes E200 (2019) to this place for a minor coolant leak, and the experience turned into an absolute nightmare. They first sent me a shocking 6,000 AED quote, claiming I needed all hoses, the water pump, and more — even though my original computer diagnostic report showed none of this.
After I challenged them, suddenly the price dropped to 2,000 AED when they removed the pump from the quote. That alone shows how dishonest the pricing was.
When I asked for proof of the replaced parts, they only provided three hoses, nothing more. And to make it worse, after two days they sent me a new computer report suddenly showing “water pump defects” — something that was NOT in the initial report when I first brought the car in. Completely unacceptable and incredibly suspicious.
This is fraudulent behavior from start to finish.
Aziz, the so-called car advisor, was the worst part of the whole experience — extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly more interested in squeezing money out of customers than actually fixing cars. Zero knowledge, zero transparency, zero customer care.
Avoid this place at all costs. They are not trustworthy, they manipulate reports, and they try to upsell unnecessary repairs just to empty your wallet. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
They will be reported to the consumers rights authority in Abu Dhabi for such blatant fraud.

Had tint installed on two vehicles.
After a pleasant first experience with the first vehicle, I decided to bring my other vehicle to have all the tint replaced on the second vehicle.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the experience. The tint needed to be redone several times. It came to my attention that the tinting was initially installed by a technician that was not properly trained and/or qualified. As a result it did not pass the final QC inspection, so the front was redone. A week after the entire vehicle was tinted, the tint on the back rear window began to lift. I again had to revisit the shop. Be careful. Ask questions. I expected more but was sadly disappointed. The price was excellent, but I do not believe the technicians installing the tint have comparable skillset to other companies that charge considerably more for the same quality of tint.

I asked them to repaint the bonnet because the paint had faded, and they completed the job in two days as promised. First time, I went there with some problem of the transmission. On call, I was quoted 4.5-5k for the fix, and since I had to get it fixed, I agreed. But later the final bill was higher than 5k. Moreover, when I enquired about what exactly was wrong to understand what I am paying for and to also understand my car better, all I got was “transmission was blocked”. Never understood what really happened there even after asking multiple times.
I asked for an invoice, and the invoice given to me had a very vague description, and did not even have my correct name/details. It was addressed to someone else! The total amount was mentioned correctly, and the description said the same “Blocked transmission” thing. Nothing else.
I only took out the invoice from the envelope after reaching home, unfortunately.
Next time, I went for a minor service. Firstly, they put much less engine oil than the car needed, which gave a low oil error on my way back home from the workshop. I had to buy oil from ADNOC to fill it up a bit before I had to visit the workshop again the next day for a proper top up! Secondly, a minor service, according to them, includes some xx number of checks. But I never really got the report of those checks. Not sure if it was even performed or not.
The Exotic Car Care (cosmetics related stuff) on the other side has been really great with the work. But the Auto Service side (maintenance and services), I don’t feel the same about.

It was recommended by a friend that’s why I went here but I won’t recommend them at all I came to do oil change and they made me blindly set for a 3 hours waiting until I fed up and checked what’s wrong and I was shocked by what I saw these guys emptied my car oil without having an oil in their store and kept my car open for 3 hours without an oil change they are definitely not trustworthy as all these hours gave the break as an excuse trying to minimise my intelligence what a joke they gave me free cleaning and discount for protection as I will be needing that .
I will never come back here again and I recommend everyone to not do so, this is a very honest review.

It is one of the best car service shops in Abu Dhabi. I had a great time while waiting for my car to be inspected. They found the issue with my car while others gave me fake information. I will come to them again to fix my car. They have a wonderfull and supportive worker named Marina who took care of me from the beginning. I recomend ship prepare shop if you have any issue with your vehicle. I have a germin vehicle.

Exotic auto services is one of the most professional car repair center in abudhabi. I have gone to many other garages in abu dhabi for my car issue and only exotic was able to find out the issue and fix it. Other so called well rated garages just go for parts replacement blindly. Ask for mr.harish who was my service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and customer centric. He goes extra mile to understand and meet customer expectations.
