How Does a Service Contract Work?
A service contract is a prepaid package covering preventive periodic maintenance. Both contracts cover 50,000 km, made up of four minor services and one major service, which works out at a service roughly every 10,000 km. The price includes labour and parts for everything listed, so the cost of keeping the car is known in advance rather than discovered each time.

Standard and Premium Contracts
Both cover 50,000 km across four minor services and one major service, and both include labour and parts for every item listed. The difference is what comes with them.
Standard Contract
The scheduled work in full: the 55-point checkup, fully synthetic engine oil and filter at every service, and the deeper items at the major: spark plugs, AC gas and filter, brake and steering fluid, transmission oil, filter and pan gasket, differential oil, coolant, wheel alignment and tyre rotation. Every service ends with a body wash and interior vacuum.
Premium Contract
The same scheduled work, plus wheel alignment and balancing at every service rather than only the major, free tyre rotation every 10,000 km, and a set of one-time extras: interior detailing, a full body polish, a pre-purchase inspection, recovery within Abu Dhabi, one panel dent repair and the labour on a brake pad change. Car wash and vacuum become unlimited, and the discounts are larger.

Premium adds wheel alignment and balancing at every service rather than only the major, free tyre rotation every 10,000 km, unlimited car wash and vacuum, free computer diagnostics, and a set of one-time extras: interior detailing, a full body polish, a pre-purchase inspection, recovery in Abu Dhabi, one panel dent repair and the labour on a brake pad change. Its discounts are larger too, at 15% off the body shop and 10% on referrals.

Is the Contract Transferable if I Sell the Car?
The contract stays with the car rather than the owner, and it is not refundable once bought. If the car changes hands, the remaining services go with it.
What Is Not Covered?
Anything outside scheduled maintenance: engine or transmission rebuilds, suspension and ABS repair, sunroof repair, air conditioner service, computer diagnosis, scanning and programming, and scheduled maintenance beyond the package. All of it is available here and quoted separately, with 20% off the labour while your contract is active.
