I sent my Mercedes E200 (2019) to this place for a minor coolant leak, and the experience turned into an absolute nightmare. They first sent me a shocking 6,000 AED quote, claiming I needed all hoses, the water pump, and more — even though my original computer diagnostic report showed none of this.
After I challenged them, suddenly the price dropped to 2,000 AED when they removed the pump from the quote. That alone shows how dishonest the pricing was.
When I asked for proof of the replaced parts, they only provided three hoses, nothing more. And to make it worse, after two days they sent me a new computer report suddenly showing “water pump defects” — something that was NOT in the initial report when I first brought the car in. Completely unacceptable and incredibly suspicious.
This is fraudulent behavior from start to finish.
Aziz, the so-called car advisor, was the worst part of the whole experience — extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly more interested in squeezing money out of customers than actually fixing cars. Zero knowledge, zero transparency, zero customer care.
Avoid this place at all costs. They are not trustworthy, they manipulate reports, and they try to upsell unnecessary repairs just to empty your wallet. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
They will be reported to the consumers rights authority in Abu Dhabi for such blatant fraud.
I had my transmission/rear differential oil changed and polished the car, great work!
After a pleasant first experience with the first vehicle, I decided to bring my other vehicle to have all the tint replaced on the second vehicle.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the experience. The tint needed to be redone several times. It came to my attention that the tinting was initially installed by a technician that was not properly trained and/or qualified. As a result it did not pass the final QC inspection, so the front was redone. A week after the entire vehicle was tinted, the tint on the back rear window began to lift. I again had to revisit the shop. Be careful. Ask questions. I expected more but was sadly disappointed. The price was excellent, but I do not believe the technicians installing the tint have comparable skillset to other companies that charge considerably more for the same quality of tint.

I asked for an invoice, and the invoice given to me had a very vague description, and did not even have my correct name/details. It was addressed to someone else! The total amount was mentioned correctly, and the description said the same “Blocked transmission” thing. Nothing else.
I only took out the invoice from the envelope after reaching home, unfortunately.
Next time, I went for a minor service. Firstly, they put much less engine oil than the car needed, which gave a low oil error on my way back home from the workshop. I had to buy oil from ADNOC to fill it up a bit before I had to visit the workshop again the next day for a proper top up! Secondly, a minor service, according to them, includes some xx number of checks. But I never really got the report of those checks. Not sure if it was even performed or not.
The Exotic Car Care (cosmetics related stuff) on the other side has been really great with the work. But the Auto Service side (maintenance and services), I don’t feel the same about.
I will never come back here again and I recommend everyone to not do so, this is a very honest review.
An advice pay for your comfort which a thing they don’t do here also don’t believe all these positive comments I guess they work there or something.
