What we do
Jaguar AC Repair in Abu Dhabi
An air conditioning system that needs regassing has a leak, because it is sealed. Finding the leak first is the difference between a repair and the same regas again next summer.
Read MoreShow Less
Performance Test
Vent temperature and system pressures measured against what the system should produce.
Leak Detection
Nitrogen pressure testing or UV dye, so the loss is located rather than replaced.
Compressor Repair and Replacement
Clutch, control valve or the unit, depending on what has actually failed.
Condenser Replacement
The most exposed part of the system, and the one stone damage finds first.
Evaporator and Expansion Valve
Interior work, done properly, where the fault is behind the dashboard.
Receiver Drier Replacement
Replaced whenever the system is opened, because it absorbs moisture once exposed.
Blower and Resistor Repair
Where the problem is airflow rather than cooling.
Climate Control Diagnosis
Actuators, flaps and sensors read with Pathfinder rather than replaced on suspicion.
Vacuum and Recharge
Evacuated, held under vacuum to prove it, then charged to the exact weight.
Cabin Filter Replacement
A blocked filter halves airflow and costs less than anything else here.
What we see on these cars
Known Jaguar AC Faults We See
Jaguar climate control is heavily electronic, so a good share of what arrives as a cooling complaint is a module or an actuator.
Condenser Leaks
Front-mounted and exposed. The most common slow leak on these cars.
Compressor Control Valve
The variable displacement compressor fails at the control valve before the unit, which is a far smaller job.
Flap Actuator Failure
Ticking behind the dashboard and one zone at the wrong temperature. Electrical rather than refrigerant.
Blower and Resistor
Cooling with no airflow, or a fan stuck at one speed.
Evaporator Access
Behind the dashboard and labour-heavy, so confirmed by pressure test before it is committed to.
Cabin Filter Neglect
Halves airflow, costs almost nothing, and explains a surprising share of weak-AC complaints.
How it works
How Jaguar AC Repair Runs
Four stages, and the leak is found before anything is charged.
1. Test and Measure
Vent temperature and system pressures, plus a climate control scan.
2. Find the Leak
Pressure testing or dye, so the repair addresses the cause.
3. Repair and Replace
The failed component, plus the drier whenever the system has been opened.
4. Vacuum and Charge
Held under vacuum to prove the repair, then charged to the exact weight.
Why owners pick us
What You Get Back
Cold Air in Traffic
The condition that exposes a weak system, and the one that matters here.
A Repair, Not a Refill
Finding the leak is what stops you paying for gas twice.
Correct Charge Weight
Measured, not estimated. Overcharging cools worse than undercharging.
A Healthy Compressor
Correct charge and oil are what a compressor fails without.
Clean Air Inside
Cabin filter and evaporator dealt with, not just the refrigerant.
Diagnosed Electronics
Actuators and sensors read before anything is replaced.

Warning signs
When a Jaguar Needs AC Work
In this climate the AC is not a convenience. Eight signs worth acting on before July.
Cooling Weakly
Air that is cool rather than cold, especially in traffic.
Cold Then Warm
Cooling that fades after a few minutes, often icing or a control fault.
Regassed Recently
A system that needed gas last year has a leak, not a habit.
Poor Airflow
Strong cooling you cannot feel is a blower, filter or flap problem.
Noise When Engaged
A rattle or squeal as the compressor clutch engages.
Smell From the Vents
Usually the evaporator, and usually a cleaning job rather than a repair.
Water Inside the Car
A blocked drain putting condensate on the carpet instead of the road.
One Zone Only
On multi-zone climate control, usually an actuator rather than the refrigerant.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why Does My AC Need Gas Again?
Because it has a leak. An air conditioning system is sealed and does not consume refrigerant. A regas without leak detection is a repair with an expiry date, usually about a year.
How Long Does AC Repair Take?
A regas with leak detection is usually the same visit. A condenser or compressor depends on parts. An evaporator is behind the dashboard and takes considerably longer, which we will tell you before you commit.
Why Replace the Drier?
It absorbs moisture, and it does that from the moment the system is opened. Reusing a saturated drier puts moisture back into a system that fails from moisture, so it is replaced whenever the system has been apart.
Can You Fix the Smell From the Vents?
Usually. It is normally microbial growth on the evaporator, treated by cleaning it and replacing the cabin filter, rather than an air freshener over the top.
Should I Service the AC Before Summer?
Yes, and it is the cheapest time to. A system that is merely weak in April is one that fails in July, when every workshop in the city is full.
Why Regas Without Finding the Leak Is a Waste
The system is sealed and does not consume refrigerant. If it needed gas, it has a leak, and a regas alone is a repair with an expiry date of roughly one summer.
